&lt;div&gt;&lt;font face="Comic Sans MS" size=5&gt;Portare ad ebollizione l'acqua e mettere gli asparagi affinchè perdano tutto il loro gusto amaro.Nel frattempo tritare la cipolla,metterla in una pentola e fare soffriggere con metà del burro; scolare gli asparagi e tagliarli a tocchetti e aggiungerli al soffritto,far cuocere con un pò di brodo aggiungere la pancetta e sfumare.Rimuovere dalla pentola il tutto ed in essa mettere un filo di olio e il riso.Farlo tostare ed aggiungere il brodo vegetale(o acqua),far cuocere.A metà cottura mettere il composto di asparagi e pancetta e far cuocere.Quando il riso sarà cotto mettere il burro rimanente,il parmigiano,il sale,e il pepe e mantecate.Se il risotto risulterà asciutto aggiungere un mestolino di brodo.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

soffriggere con un filo di olio e di burro...nel frattempo tagliate a julienne la zucchina e unitela alla cipolla..fate cuocere aggiungendo mezzo bicchiere d'acqua e successivamente unite il color="#e5b9b7"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size=4&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sbattere le uova e il latte aggiungere la farina setacciata...se vi viene densa ma con i grumi lasciatela riposare un pò...invece se vi viene liquida aggiungete la farina...ma se vi viene troppo densa aggiungete un pò di latte.Riscaldate una padella anti aderente e bassa spennellare con il burro fuso e mettere un mestolino di composto e girare la padella affinchè si crei la crepes fina e soffice...appena sarà cotta da un lato giratela e continuate fino ad esaurimento composto.Appena avrete terminato mettete color="#c6d9f0"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Soffriggere con un filo di olio tutti i crostacei tranne il granchio e i gamberi(se sono senza buccia)..uscite tt la polpa dai gusci   e fatela cuocere con un filo di olio,il sedano,la carota e la cipolla frullati aggiungendo il surimi tagliato a rondelle..sfumate con un bicchiere o di spumante o di champagne.In una pentola mettete tt le carcasse,schiacciatele e aggiungete dell'acqua fredda,una costa di sedano,la carota e la cipolla e portatela ad ebbollizione(per il brodo);durante la cottura della polpa aggiungere un mestolino di brodo.&lt;br&gt;Nel frattempo tostate il riso con una foglia di alloro o una cipolla e fate cuocere aggiungendo il brodo di pesce...appena il risotto è quasi cotto aggiungere il sughetto dei crostacei e un pizzico di &lt;p style="line-height:150%" align=justify&gt;&lt;font face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive" color="#ff9900" size=3&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disporre la farina a fontana e versare al centro i tuorli  d'uovo,  il burro a pezzetti e lavorare l'impasto. Dopo che il composto sarà divenuto compatto ed omogeneo fare un cordone cilindrico spesso un dito e tagliarlo a tronchetti lunghi 2-3 cm. friggerli  quindi in abbondante olio caldo e appena si saranno dorati sgocciolarli bene e asciugarli su foglio assorbente da cucina, dividerli su due piatti e formare due piramidi. Sciogliere lo zucchero a velo con il succo di mezzo limone aggiungendo qualche cucchiaio di acqua fino a quando il composto diventerà cremoso ma non troppo liquido aggiungendo scorzette di limone, eventualmente dimezzare le dosi dell'acqua aggiungendo un liquore. Si verserà il composto sulla piramide cercando di distribuirlo sulla superficie in modo da unire tutti i pezzetti. Avremo ottenuto la pignolata bianca. Per la pignolata al cioccolato occorre riunire gli ingredienti (cioccolato fondente,  zucchero, cannella e vaniglia) in un pentolino e farli cuocere a bagnomaria fino ad ottenere una crema densa che si verserà sull'altra piramide uniformemente. I due piatti vanno serviti insieme. Si puo' comunque fare la pignolata bianca e nera in unico piatto, un po' di preparazione e accortezza in più.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/font&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;font face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive" color="#0000ff" size=3&gt;Prendete il panetto di pasta ke prima avevate messo in frigo e stendetelo.....vi racc....nn impastate di nuovo la pasta frolla.....se ci saranno dei ritagli...metteteli uno sopra all'altro e stendeteli....poi prendete una teglia e imburratela....poggiateci sopra la pasta frolla e foderate la teglia.....bucate la pasta cn la forchetta e metteteci di sopra la crema...prendete la pasta ke resta e tagliatela a striscette e adagiatela sulla crema....infornate a 180° in forno x 20-25 minuti....&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;font face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive" color="#ffcc00" size=3&gt;&lt;em&gt;Prendete una ciotola molto grande...mettete dentro la farina...fate una fontana e aggiungete al centro 5 uova....cominciate a mescolare la farina x creare la pasta....impastate x un pò...se la vedete un pò asciutta vi consiglio...di mettere un uovo...fatto ciò continuate ad impastare...impastate fin quando diventa omogenea e morbida...lasciatela riposare x 10-15 min il tempo di fare il ripieno...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;font face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive" color="#ffcc00" size=3&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nel frattempo prendete il tagliere e un coltello(tipo quelli ke si usano nelle cucine....con la punta seghettata)....sbucciate una cipolla di media grandezza....dividetela a metà...un pezzo tritatela mettetela in una padella cn olio e una noce di burro e fatela imbiondire....nel frattempo tagliate il salmone(prendetene mezza busta...nn c'è bisogno ke lo tagliate fino..anke a pezzettoni)....e aggiungetelo alla cipolla...fate cuocere bene....appena sarà pronto mettetelo nel mixer aggiungete una busta di panna (se vi sembra poca aggiungetene un'altra)...mettete 4 fette di pan carrè(ke da consistenza...inoltre serve a rendere meno salato il composto...N.B. il salmone è molto salato quindi attenti cn le quantità...)frullate bene il tutto....vi verrà un composto spumoso...assaggiatelo se di sale va bene..se vi è venuto trp salato aggiungete un'altra fetta di pancarrè e frullate...lasciatelo da parte...nel frattempo avrete lasciato riposare la pasta....montate la  stendi pasta e cominciate ad allargarla(la pasta)...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;font face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive" color="#ffcc00" size=3&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vi do un consiglio....se usate lo stendi pasta....cominciate dalla tacchetta 1 e poi andate a stringere...xkè se no vi si strapperà la pasta....io arrivo a stenderla cn la tacchetta messa a 6....cmq....dopo aver allargato la pasta(sbrigatevi xkè se no la pasta diventerà dura...)prendete il sacco da pasticceria e ci mettete dentro la spuma ke avete fatto prima....dopodichè prendete un foglio di pasta e cominciate a metterci sopra il composto....lo richiudete cn un altro foglio.....ATTENZIONE quando li chiudete nn lasciateci aria dentro xkè se no quando andrete a cuocerli gonfieranno e saranno esteticamente orrendi....&lt;img src="http://shared.live.com/VIf!VWmJbs6tK-ObyYk28Q/emoticons/smile_sniff.gif"&gt;...sistemate cn le dita la pasta e usate uno stampino x chiudere....se nn si attaccheranno tra loro nel bordo metteteci un filo di acqua...continuate x tutti finkè nn finiranno....&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;font face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive" color="#ffcc00" size=3&gt;&lt;em&gt;appena avrete terminato prendete l'altra metà della cipolla precedentemente tagliata e la tritate.... la mettete in una padella...cn una noce di burro ed olio fate imbiondire....nel frattempo lavate ed asciugate bene i pistacchi....metteteli dentro il mixer e fate frullare.....appena avrà terminato diventerà simile ad una polvere...mettetela in una padella e fate cuocere...appena si sarà asciugato un pò mettetegli mezzo bicchiere di acqua....diventà cremoso....fatelo cuocere un pò.....x finire aggiungete la panna....&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
